How can I learn more about 360° content?
These are all resources available from the library designed to help you explore and learn more about 360° photos and videos.
The Experience lab is the go-to place on campus for support with Extended Realities (XR) technology, including VR, AR and 360 technologies. The best way to begin is to explore the webpage.
During drop-in hours our staff are available to provide an introduction to any of the concepts, hardware or software that you may need some help with, plus to troubleshoot or just chat about what’s possible in this area!

The library offers many free workshops to help support the campus community with concepts and technologies in XR, including 360° content. To find out when programming is being offered check the Library Programming Calendar.
- XR Toolkit Series: Editing 360° Photos and Videos with Adobe Premiere and Photoshop: Continuing on from the Beginners Guide to 360 Cameras workshop, learn how to process, edit, and view your 360 videos and photos using Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop (see technical requirements below). No coding required!
- Beginner's Guide to 360° Cameras: Learn how to use 360° cameras (Ricoh Theta V, Insta Nano, and GoPro Fusion) to create highly immersive environments for education such as simulation training, admission tours & recruitment, athletics, entertainment, virtual field schools, live event archival, health & safety training and more!
