How do I print on campus?

Printers are available throughout campus, including:

Payment Options: ONECard Flex Account – Required for all campus printers.

Printing Costs

  • Black & White: $0.15 per page
  • Colour: $0.50 per page

Adding Funds to Your ONECard Flex Account:

You can add funds in the following ways:

  • ONECard Portal: Log in online to add funds anytime.
  • Fill station kiosk: Located in the Riddell Library Print Room (1st floor). Accepts credit, debit, cash (bills only), and Apple/Google Pay.
  • Transact eAccounts app: Add funds through the Android or iPhone app.

First-Time Printing Setup for New Students

Before printing, you must set up your ONECard Flex Account:

  1. Activate Your ONECard for Printing to enable it for printing at one of the following student printers:

Specialty & Bulk Printing

While regular printing is available, the Student Print Centre (located in the Cougars Campus Store) primarily provides specialty services, including posters, coil binding, laminating, high-quality and bulk printing.


Basics of printing at Student Print Centre:

  • Send PDFs to print@mtroyal.ca. 
  • Prints are completed on-demand once you arrive in-store (posters require a 24-hour turnaround).

What if I am not a student?

  • Community Users – Can print only in the Library Print Room.

  • Faculty & Staff – Print using employee (Lexmark) printers across campus or using webprint.mtroyal.ca
    • select the staff printer in the webprint portal, send your job, swipe your card at any staff printer on campus to release the print job
