In your reading list, select the ellipsis (...) and click “View list as a student.” 

A “Student View” banner will appear, allowing you to see what students can see in your reading list.

To return to the instructor view, select “Back to instructor view” on the far right.

If you are in the Student View in D2L and you click into the Reading List, you will by default see the Instructor View in the Reading List.
