Creating Shapes in Adobe Illustrator for Maker Studio Cutting Tools

Find toolbar on the left side

Right click on the Rectangle tool, this opens view of all tools in bin

Click on your Art board (white background)

Now, set your ellipse to 4 inch x 4 inch
This draws a circle that is 4 inches
You can do this with the other preset shapes
To make custom shapes, use the pen tool
