All full-time students and employees at MRU get a free copy of Microsoft Office 365 that will last for as long as you remain a student or employee. Follow these steps to get your copy:

1. Go to products.office.com/student
2. Enter your MRU email address
3. Click “I am a Student”
4. Open a new browser tab and go to your MRU email
5. Copy the verification code in the email from Microsoft
6. Go back to the office.com tab and paste the verification code into the form
7. Complete the rest of the form and click submit
8. Click “Install Office” from the top right corner of the page
