Group Room Booking Terms of Use


  • You will need to sign in with your MyMRU username and password to book a Group Room.
  • Each student is permitted to book rooms up to 4 hours (240 minutes) per day with a maximum of 3 bookings per week. (This weekly limit spans the calendar week from Sunday to Saturday, inclusive).
  • Room bookings can be made up to 7 days in advance. (The booking window rolls over at 11:59pm each day to open up the time slots for the 7th day.)  
  • Users with reservations have first priority for the space. If they are a no-show, after 15 minutes from the reservation start time, the booking is forfeited and the space becomes available to drop-in users for the remainder of the booking.
  • If at any time during the booking period all members of the group vacate the room and remove their belongings such that the room is empty it will considered forfeited and available to drop-in users for the remainder of the booking.
  • A confirmation email will be sent.

Dry erase markers and erasers are available at the Service Desk as needed.

 

As a courtesy to your peers, please leave the room tidy and clear notes from the whiteboard when you are finished. Abide by the listed capacity and please do not add or remove furniture.
