Can I post my slides in D2L if they contain figures, diagrams and other images from a copyright protected work?

If the third party copyright protected works in your lecture slides qualifies under MRU’s Fair Dealing Guidelines, one or more of your educational user rights, or you have received the copyright owner’s written permission (which may include permitted uses under Library licensed materials or openly licensed works) then you may post a copy of the lecture slides into D2L, provide physical copies to your students, or send copies via email.
