I need to access my course materials in a different format due to a disability. What should I do?

Section 32 of the Copyright Act states that it is not an infringement of copyright for someone with a perceptual disability to reproduce a copyright protected work in a format specially designed for persons with a perceptual disability (as long as that format is not commercially available).

Access and Inclusion Services can assist with obtaining alternate forms of course materials.
