The Rodecaster Companion app is available for Mac and Windows computers. The app allows you to export your audio files directly to a single file ready for upload to a number of podcasting platforms (useful if you intend not to edit your podcast in software) and load sounds from your computer onto the sound pads on the Rodecaster. You can also edit effects applied to individual audio tracks.

To download the app, visit the Rode Updating Firmware page for the Rodecaster. Click on the button "Download Version x Now". You'll need to provide your email and then download will begin. 

If you download the app and connect to the Rodecaster via USB, rather than inserting the SD card directly into your laptop, you will need to activate Podcast Transfer mode.
