Use this form to report a collection problem
This form is intended for reporting issues with accessing library collections, like broken links, access problems, or error messages received.

For general users:

• Use this form for any access issues or to report specific collection problems.

For internal library staff:

• In addition to reporting collection problems, you may use this form to:
  • Request collection configuration or metadata updates
  • Request updates to the AtoZ list
