How do I export or download a list of search results from LibrarySearch?

You have two options for exporting or downloading a list of search results in LibrarySearch

1. Use the Save and Export All option at the top of the results list

  • Use this option if you want to download or export everything in your results list without having to select each item or:
  • You would like to email a list of resources to someone in RIS or Excel format. It will take a few minutes to receive the email, which will list MRU Library as the sender.

RIS files can be imported into citation management tools like Zotero and Mendeley. The maximum number of records that can be emailed using this option is 10 000.

  • Note: If you are exporting the items in RIS format, select UTF-8 from the encoding drop down list in the form.

2. If you have a few items selected in the list of results, you can also use the Export icon at the top of the results list to download the list as an RIS file (for import into Zotero), add to Mendeley (you will be prompted to log into your Mendeley account), download as an excel file or print the list.
