Q. Why has my Interlibrary Loan account access changed?


Why has my log in for Interlibrary Loans changed?
 
Due to the launch of our new library services platform, users can now use their MyMRU credentials to log in to request Interlibrary Loans. If you previously created your own account, the username and password you created will not work.
 
Why can't I have Interlibrary Loan notifications and delivery of copies to my personal email?
 
Due to the launch of our new library services platform and the new user ability to log in with MyMRU credentials, all notices will go to your official MRU email.
 
Why can't I see the Interlibrary Loan requests I previously submitted?
 
Some users who had prior accounts will not see previous requests depending on how they registered.  If you require a list of recent citations, please contact illacmr@mtroyal.ca.
